As the website grows, the searchable database will allow you to uncover anyone’s dating history and make sure they’re not a player or a psycho. It’s a simple way to save yourself heartbreak by getting the scoop from exes who found out the hard way. Nevertheless, the site is not without controversy.
Critics claim Players and Psychos could too easily become a gathering place for revenge seekers that may exaggerate or lie about their past relationships in order to gain vengeance on their exes. Indeed, some posts are obviously frivolous: one man moans that his ex would never let him watch NASCAR, while another complains that his ex overreacted when he cheated on her.
However, these trivial stories are balanced by more serious claims. Numerous profiles allege that “players” and “psychos” have knowingly spread STDs while others expose physically abusive exes.
